Can you deliver my item?

  • Yes, we can pick up or deliver any item for you! Email our front office or schedule online and we can get one of our drivers to take care of your asset! As a Reminder: We DO NOT have set delivery or pick-up times for our driver’s schedule. We are NOT an airport shuttle service. 

What is the process for becoming a new client?

 

  • Start by Filling out the agreement located under “Indoor Storage: Contract Agreement”
  • Then email the filled out agreement to [email protected]
  • Please include the date you want to drop off (this is also the first day of storage)
  • Add any additional information that we’d need to know about your asset or storage parameters
  • We’ll get you added to the schedule!

Will my RV be plugged in?

  • Class A coaches will always be plugged in. Class B & C units will be plugged in as plugs are available. If you own a Class B or C coach or 5th wheel / Trailer, your asset can be plugged in on a rotation (This means we schedule to have one of our technicians make sure that your asset is plugged back in if it was unplugged after being moved in the warehouse.

What if I need to pick up or drop off when your office is closed?

You can pick-up or drop off anytime with our after-hours information. We can also have your item ready to pick up as long as you give us an advanced 2 business day notice.

I'm in the process of trying to sell my item. Do you recommend that I remove it from storage?

We’ve found that bringing clients to our facility while selling your item actually helps with the sale. Allowing the buyer to see just how well cared for it was and that it was being stored indoors goes a long way toward convincing a prospective buyer. Your item also makes a pretty strong impression when it’s been detailed!

Do I have to winterize my item if it's being stored indoors during the winter?

Although we run an indoor storage facility, the building is not climate-controlled. We recommend winterizing everything that you store with us.

How do I access my item when it is in storage?

Go online, send us an email, or give us a call and let us know if you need something put in or pulled out of your asset and we can assist you! If you need your item pulled out for something that takes longer than 15 minutes, just be sure to give us 2 business days advance notice! 

Need to install new registration tags or replace a broken tail light? Maybe grab some life jackets or replace a boat cover? We can do it for you!!
