Once we receive your agreement, we’ll reach out to schedule your intake, inspection, and payment.  It’s that easy!

Initial Appraisal
When your item arrives, we will complete a final measurement and confirm the rate based on its verified length.

Need Services?
If you’d like maintenance, detailing, or winterization, our service advisor can meet with you at drop-off to review your needs. You may also schedule services anytime using our online form.

Storage Locations

We operate two secure storage facilities, located just five minutes apart — one in Salt Lake City and one in West Valley City.

Depending on the size of your item, our team will assign the location that best accommodates it.

Items are separated between the two facilities based on height, width, and maneuvering space to ensure proper handling and safe storage.

Your assigned location will be provided after you submit your first drop-off request.

For clients who don’t require indoor storage, our outdoor lot provides a secure, convenient, and cost-effective option. Whether you’re storing a trailer, RV, boat, or vehicle, our facility offers reliable protection and easy access when you need it.

Secure, Fully Paved Outdoor Lot

Our fully paved outdoor storage yard eliminates dirt, gravel, and uneven terrain, keeping your asset cleaner, easier to move, and free from unnecessary wear, while comprehensive security—including gated access, alarm systems, DVR-monitored cameras, armed onsite security, and controlled entry points—ensures your asset is protected at all times.

Affordable, Straightforward Pricing

Outdoor storage is priced at $7.50 per foot per month and includes full lot access, convenient drop-off and pickup scheduling, and optional add-on services.

Easy Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Submit your request online, and our team will have your asset staged and ready. For outdoor clients, we still ask for at least a 2 business day notice for all pickup requests to ensure proper preparation and access.

Add-On Services Available

Outdoor storage clients can add convenience services like exterior washes, fuel or water fill-ups, winterization or summerization, and detailing or maintenance through our Service Center—customized to your needs.

Need More Protection?

We are climate controlled but we cannot be responsible for damage to items that do not winterize. Your dealer will always strongly recommend winterizing so with this, we highly recommend doing so as well.

How do I become a new client?
Complete the online storage agreement. Once confirmed, we’ll email you to schedule your first drop-off and review next steps.

We provide full-service storage, maintenance, and repairs, including warranty/recall work, winterization, summerization, exterior care, tire service, dump flushes, fluid fill-ups, upgrades, and more.

We offer monthly indoor storage, annual indoor plans, premium annual plans with valet perks, and outdoor storage.

A $150 minimum monthly charge applies for small assets.
Pricing is based on the overall length of your item. Final measurement is taken once your item is placed in storage.
Submit a drop-off request online. We’ll prepare for your arrival and guide your item into the facility.
Clients are not allowed inside the facility for safety and security reasons. To access your item, we will pull it outside for you with at least a 2 business day notice. If you only need something retrieved, a porter can bring the item to the office for pickup.
We require 2 business days’ notice to properly stage and prepare your item.
Yes. With advance notice, we can stage your item outside along with secure key access for after-hours pickup.
Yes. Outdoor storage is offered at $7.50 per foot per month on our fully paved, secure lot.

  • Class A coaches are always plugged in.
  • Class B/C units, trailers, and fifth wheels are plugged in as outlets are available and rotated as needed.
No. Our indoor facility is not climate-controlled, so winterizing is still recommended during freezing temperatures.
Yes. We offer warranty work, recall repairs, trailer bearings, exterior maintenance, winterization, summerization, and general servicing. We do not perform internal engine or transmission rebuilds.
