SCHEDULING REQUESTS

Important Scheduling
Information

We require at least a 2 business day notice for all pickup requests so we can pull out your item, stage it safely, and complete any requested services.
Drop-Off Requests
You can schedule a drop-off for any future date, with same-day options available, and should include your arrival date and time, any requested services, and any special instructions when submitting your request.
Pick-Up Requests
When you request a pickup, your item will be staged in the designated pickup area, keys will be placed in the lockbox for after-hours access, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the request is processed.

Valet Pick-Up & Delivery

Valet service is available in Salt Lake and Utah Counties (and other areas upon request), with fees based on distance and service type. Advance notice is required, and all valet appointments must be submitted through the scheduling form.

All valet appointments must be scheduled using our online request form so we have all necessary details.

Advance Notice Required

Valet services require advance notice so we can coordinate a driver, prepare your asset, and confirm timing.

We Pick Up or Deliver Your Item

A trained porter will safely transport your RV, trailer, boat, or vehicle to or from your location. We’ll confirm details and provide updates as needed.

Convenient Pick-Up & Delivery — We Come to You

Valet service is offered in the Wasatch Front and Park City, with other areas available upon request and potential extra time-based charges for out-of-area requests. Fees are $75 for Wasatch Front/Park City and $95/hour for transport when applicable, with additional charges for oversized or specialty items.

After-Hours Instructions

If you need to pick up your item outside of our normal business hours, we can stage it for you in our designated pick-up area. After-hours pickups must be scheduled in advance, so our team can prepare your item and arrange key access for you.

Submit a Pick-Up Request Online

Use our scheduling form to request your pickup date and time. Please allow at least a 2 business day notice so we can safely prepare and stage your item.

We Stage Your Item Outside

Our team will pull your item out of the facility and place it in our secure, designated outdoor pickup area before closing.

03.

Key Access

Your keys will be placed in our secure after-hours lockbox. We will email you the one-time access code once your pickup request has been processed.

04.

You're All Set

Arrive at your convenience, access your keys, and you’re free to take your vehicle whenever you’re ready.
